Instant Damage Potions disabled in PvP

I just installed AntiIDPot. Basically you can still throw Instant Damage potions but they will not hurt other players. 

Features

• Cancels damage to player when an Instant Damage pot is thrown at them by another player
• Still allows damage to mobs when thrown from a human at a mob (for people who use them in xp grinders)
• Still allows damage to players when hit by one thrown from a dispenser
