SpamGuard installed. mcMMO mining double drops disabled.

I installed SpamGuard earlier today. It has some awesome features.

• Duplicate messages are automatically filtered out so nobody sees them.
• Sending messages/commands too fast (within 500ms of each other) cancels the message/command and results in a warning.
• 5 warnings results in a kick.
• 5 kicks results in a ban.
• (These values may change as long as innocent people aren't getting banned regularly). 

Let me know if you run in to any problems with the plugin. i.e. false positives. 

In other news, mcMMO double drops from mining has been disabled due to a dupe bug with pistons. If/when a bugfix is released, they will be enabled again.
