New /warp and mcMMO Donation Info

Epic donors now have access to a brand new warp - /warp arena
This takes you to the upper entrance of the PvP arena.

In other news, I have updated our Donation page to be (hopefully) less confusing. I have also added information for mcMMO level donations! Here is the info regarding mcMMO:

You can now donate for mcMMO levels:

• $10 for 500 levels
• I won't raise combat skills over the 500 mark
• Please email me or tweet me before you donate and wait for me to reply. Unlike the packages above, mcMMO is not automated and I have to edit your stats myself.
• Please include your Minecraft and mcMMO information in the donation note.
